Rainbow Hotel

It’s super clean and relatively quiet as the hotel is nestled in the fringe of town. I thought the staff were very hospitable and I like it that it is one of the rare few hotels in Malaysia that offer hard pillows as their standard pillows which provide much better comfort and buoyant support for the head versus the cheap and flat microfiber ones used in most hotels. Rainbow has the latter types too, fret not so guests have the choice. I hope the Hotel always offer that choice and keep the distinction!

Its a good stay for budget hotel. Daily housekeeping upon request. Near to lot of eateries. Parking was easy Fast check in n check out Will stay here again if i come to alor star Light in the room controlable Got iron facilites near to front desk and free water refill Staff were helpfull Free soap and shampoo

The concept of opening shoes to go to the room is one of the best. Big, comfortable and clean room with a reasonable price. The location is close to the shopping mall.

Well the hotel was so hygiene and easy to get by town. less than 1km you can reach Alor Setar Mall, if you had no car, just walk to the mall then. Everything was so fine and i could say i will repeat next time.

I like the location, the room, the staff. What I like most is to take off shoe & keep in the locker, keep it this way for ever because I dont like to bring shoes in the hotel room.
